Founding Story

Ms. Nguyen Thi Y Nhu graduated from the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam and is currently a member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam Women Intellectuals Association, term 2021–2026, contributing to many initiatives to enhance the knowledge, capacity, and status of Vietnamese women in the context of international integration. With over 20 years of experience in sustainable development at international corporations and organizations, she not only brings extensive experience in sustainable development management but also cultivates a special interest in culture and education.

 

Strongly believing that intercultural communication is the key to inclusive growth, Ms. Ý Như founded The Good WE, a company dedicated to connecting, sharing, and contributing to Vietnamese society, with a particular focus on culture and education. She aims to empower future generations of Vietnamese to confidently navigate the world, becoming global citizens with unique identities, through providing knowledge, networking opportunities, and dedicated support.

 

The Community's operating philosophy is based on openness and mutual support, aiming for understanding, sensitivity, and empathy.
